Generally when you are trying to control revolting regions repression will be the single easiest means to do so. Repression of the rabble by local forces is also represented on this bar. The top bar for each class is a graphical representation of the all aspects currently pleasing the citizenry. This is represented by four bars, two for the nobility, and two for the lower classes. On this screen you can easily see how contented the citizenry of this region is across the top of the screen.
To bring up this screen double click on a region capital that you control. The region information screen lists data specific about a particular region.
